Open Book Counseling WI, LLC
Whether you're a teen navigating intense emotions or an adult facing the weight of responsibilities and change, life can feel overwhelming. Anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions can leave you feeling stuck, lost, or uncertain about what comes next. As a counselor, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely, feel heard, and begin to heal. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Therapy is a place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re feeling—with support.
My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and connection. I use a person-centered framework, integrating evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. These strategies help you manage distress, build resilience, and reconnect with your values and sense of direction.
Most importantly, I want you to know that it’s okay to not have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “fixed”—you need to be seen, supported, and reminded of your own capacity for healing. Together, we can begin that journey. One step at a time, we’ll work toward clarity, peace, and a deeper connection to who you are and who you're becoming.

Let’s work together.
